How quickly can temporary workers start?
Most warehouse, manufacturing and general labour orders in Mississauga are filled within 24 hours. Larger crews and specialty roles usually take two to three business days.
Who handles payroll, WSIB and compliance?
We do. Temporary workers stay on the Agile Employment payroll, so we cover wages, source deductions, WSIB coverage and employment standards paperwork.
Can a temporary worker become permanent?
Yes. Temp to permanent is one of our most popular options. Try the worker on your floor first, then convert them to your payroll when it is a fit.
